Employee Terms & Conditions Policy

1. Confidentiality and Data Security:
- Employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of all company information, including but not limited to trade secrets, client information, business plans, financial data, and any other proprietary or confidential information.
- Employees shall not disclose or use any confidential information for personal gain or for the benefit of any third party.
- Employees shall follow all company policies and procedures related to data security, including but not limited to password protection, encryption, and secure file sharing practices.
- Any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of company data or confidential information may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, and may also result in legal consequences.
2. Intellectual Property:
- All work products, inventions, discoveries, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property created or developed by employees within the scope of their employment shall be the exclusive property of SJ Solutions & Infotech.
- Employees shall promptly disclose any intellectual property developed during their employment to the company and shall assist in the necessary steps to protect and enforce such intellectual property rights.
3. Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure:
- During the course of employment and for a reasonable period after termination, employees shall not engage in any activity or employment that competes with the business of SJ Solutions & Infotech, directly or indirectly, without prior written consent from the company.
- Employees shall not disclose any trade secrets, confidential information, or proprietary knowledge acquired during their employment with SJ Solutions & Infotech to any third party, except as required by law or with prior written consent from the company.
4. Reporting Fraud and Misconduct:
- Employees are encouraged to report any suspected fraud, misconduct, or violations of company policies promptly and in good faith.
- Reports can be made to the immediate supervisor, Human Resources department, or through the company’s designated reporting channels.
- SJ Solutions & Infotech will protect the identity of the individuals reporting in good faith and will not tolerate any retaliation against employees who report suspected fraudulent or unethical activities.
5. Termination:
- SJ Solutions & Infotech reserves the right to terminate an employee’s employment at any time, with or without cause, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Upon termination, employees shall promptly return all company property, including but not limited to laptops, access cards, keys, and any other company equipment or documents in their possession.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
- Employees shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the course of their employment with SJ Solutions & Infotech.
- Violation of any laws or regulations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and may also lead to legal consequences.
By accepting employment with SJ Solutions & Infotech, employees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
